Hello everyone! To celebrate my third competition here on dA, I decided to submit a gloomy photo from my archives related to the competition. The photo is taken in January of 2006 in Pellinge (an islet outside Porvoo in Finland) in the late afternoon. Processed RAW in PS, did a bit of burning & dodging, and finally added the soft vignetting and frame.

Info: Canon EOS 20D | Sigma 12-24mm EX HSM | ISO100 | f/22 | 4 seconds

Oh that is really cool! It looks like pain was just splattered on the rocks. Even though the background is so cloudy, gloomy and dark, the color make's it feel as if light is forcing it's way into the gloom.
