Artist's Comments

Hi everyone! Here's a photo manipulation I did last night. The sky photo was taken yesterday at the afternoon from my window, and the photo of the field late in the evening just as the sun was about to set (just outside Porvoo in Finland). I would not have been "forced" to combine two shots if there had been clouds in the sky when I took the misty field photo. The sky just looked so bland without any clouds, and this field was so special it just couldn't be left unused. ;)

Print available.

Sky photo info: Canon EOS 20D | Sigma 12-24mm EX HSM | Cokin X120 + X121 Graduated Grey | ISO100 | f/22 | 1/15secs

Field photo info: Canon EOS 20D | Sigma 12-24mm EX HSM | Cokin X120 + X121 Graduated Grey | ISO100 | f/22 | 0.3secs

Hope you like it. Comments and critiques are welcomed.

Paavo

WOW!
which software do you use for your HDR images?
just another question: why F22? Maybe (never tried on sigma 12-24) F11 is sharpness than F22... maybe... not sure

BTW olin alkamassa kirjottaan aluksi englanniksi... :D
