Hi all! Here's a shot I took last Saturday as *ageofloss and I were out to Pellinge on a phototrip the whole day. :) This shot is taken from a small lake near the shore, and a totally new place for me. I intentionally centered the island and rocks, as I was trying to use the rocks at the bottom as a lead in for the eye to continue up to the island and finally the sky. Unfortunately I did not have direct sunligt on the rocks and grass in the foreground (only some rays of sunlight shining through the forest behind me). Processed RAW in PS and added frame and very soft vignetting.

Blue is my favorite color so this picture is an instant fave for me. Aside from the beautiful rich color, I love how the stones in the front point out to the little island oasis in the distance. It's like a path leading me there. Excellent capture as usual:clap:

That's beautiful.. it does look quite Eden-like. ^^^

Also I've noticed that in many of your photos, that "shoreline-rocks-and-horizon" image seems to be a common theme. Any particular reasoning?
