Camouflage

I gave Photoshop another go today, and decided to remake an old manipulation of mine. When I did the original one I had noticed that the snake's skin pattern reminds a bit of an exterme close-up of a leaf. That's when I decided to take some photos of a maple leaf and of course I would need a photo of a snake, so I took some quick photos of my friend Denka's pet snake Åsa. I think the snake blending in with his own skin to make him almost invisible trully depicts natures defense mechanisms in play. I blended some layers in PS and finally gave it an orange tint.
